These Terms & Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by kmcshuttle, including private transfers, group transfers, and any additional services offered through our website or by direct request.
By booking a service with us, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

All offers published by KMC Shuttle are non-binding.
A contract becomes effective only once we issue a written confirmation via email.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure proper communication regarding the booking.

3. Scope of Services

KMC Shuttle provides private airport transfers, long-distance transportation, group transfers, and other passenger mobility services as described on our website.

The exact scope of the booked service is based on the confirmation email and the details provided in the booking form.

4. Prices, Payments & Additional Charges

Prices and payment terms are listed on our website or may be provided upon request.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Waiting Time

If extraordinary waiting times occur due to customer delay, additional charges may apply.
kmcshuttle monitors flight arrivals; delays caused by airlines do not result in extra fees.
If a customer selects an unrealistically early pickup time, additional waiting charges may apply.

4.3 Cleaning Fees

In the event of excessive soiling (including spills or vomiting), a cleaning fee of €200 may be charged to cover vehicle sanitation and downtime.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, customers agree to the following responsibilities:

5.1 Punctuality

Customers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time unless otherwise arranged.

5.2 Accurate Information

All booking details — including passenger count, luggage amount, flight number, pickup time and address — must be accurate.
Incorrect or missing information may impact service quality or require additional fees.

5.3 Communication

Customers must promptly inform kmcshuttle about delays, changes, or emergencies.
Failure to do so may limit our ability to adjust the service.

5.4 Conduct

All passengers must behave appropriately and comply with driver instructions to ensure safety.

6. Service Categories (Private Transfers)
Private Shuttle

A Private Shuttle is an exclusive service where the customer reserves the entire vehicle for their group.

Features include:

Direct, non-stop transfer

One pickup location included (additional stops available upon request)

Fixed price per vehicle, regardless of passenger count (up to the vehicle’s capacity)

Flexible luggage allowance depending on vehicle class

7. Cancellations & Changes
7.1 Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before pickup: Free cancellation

48 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare

Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare

No-show without prior cancellation: Full fare is charged

7.2 Modifications

Changes due to flight delays or schedule adjustments can be accommodated if communicated promptly.
Last-minute changes may incur additional costs or may not be possible depending on availability.

8. Liability

KMC Shuttle is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, accidents, strikes, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
KMC Shuttle assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or forgotten items left inside the vehicle.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 Use of Customer Data

Customer data is used solely to process bookings and deliver the requested service.

9.2 Sharing of Data

In certain cases, data may be shared with partner companies (e.g., emergency vehicle replacements or subcontracted long-distance routes) to ensure service fulfillment.

9.3 Communication

We may contact customers directly regarding booking changes, important updates, or new services.

9.4 Promotional Use

Promotional communication (newsletters, birthday greetings, offers) is only sent with prior consent.

All customer information is handled according to applicable data protection laws.

10. Opt-Out

Customers may withdraw their consent to receive promotional emails at any time.
Requests to delete or restrict personal data will be handled according to legal requirements.

11. Special Provisions

  • Children or passengers with special needs must be declared during booking so that appropriate seating and arrangements can be provided.
  • Pets are permitted only in private shuttles and must be transported in an appropriate carrier. An additional fee of €20 may apply.

12. Final Provisions

Any amendments to these Terms & Conditions must be in written form.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered business address of kmcshuttle.

If any individual provision becomes invalid, the remaining sections of these Terms & Conditions remain effective.
